After filling, download the generated PDF document and save it to your disk.

SIGN ELECTRONICALLY

Sign the application with your Trusted Profile. Download and save the signed file.

ADD ATTACHMENTS

Attach the necessary documents confirming the description to the signed application (e.g., program, regulations, scope of the publication, list of speakers, and others).

STEP 5

SEND

Submit the signed application with attachments to the address: patronaty@pkp.pl.

Key Rules and FAQ at a Glance

When to submit? No later than 30 days before the commencement of the undertaking. In exceptional cases, a later submission is possible after agreement.
When will you get a decision? We will inform you about it within 14 days of submitting the application.
Costs and Support: Patronage is free of charge and does not imply financial/organizational support or personal involvement.
After being granted Patronage: use the logo and Patronage information according to the guidelines; send drafts of materials with the Jubilee logo for approval before publication.
Upon completion of the undertaking: submit a written summary and selected photo/video/multimedia/educational materials for use in promoting the Jubilee, as well as one copy each of publications and/or informational and promotional materials.
