Youth Railway Forum
The forum, to be held from May 18-20, 2026, at the CS Natura Tour facility in Spała, is a nationwide event integrating the younger generation of railway employees with experienced experts and industry leaders. The initiative provides a space for discussion on the identity of the railway profession, its history, and the challenges facing railways in the 21st century. The forum combines expert knowledge, modern technologies, and practical professional experience.
The Young Railway Workers Forum is an investment in people who will be shaping the direction of the Polish railway's development in the coming years. We want to create a space for dialogue, experience sharing, and building competencies that have real significance in daily work. I believe this meeting will be the beginning of lasting cooperation and the foundation for a strong community of young railway workers. – Radosław Konieczny, CEO of the PKP Group Foundation.
Nearly 200 young employees from railway companies will come to Spała to participate in the forum. During the three days of meetings, participants will attend lectures, workshops, and debates devoted to the future of railways, digitalization, safety, and career paths in the industry. There will also be integration elements, competitions, and attractions that promote networking and building a community of young railway leaders.
The event is organized by the PKP Group Foundation in cooperation with the Polish Chamber of Railway. The initiative is partnered by CS Natura Tour and the Federation of Railway Unions. The 1st Forum of Young Railway Workers is under the patronage of the Minister of Infrastructure Dariusz Klimczak.
