Safe Poland and Citizens. New Civil Defense System in Poland.
The most important event in Poland dedicated to construction of a modern civil protection and civil defense system, with a special focus on the role of local governments.
The 2nd National Congress and Local Government Forum, taking place on May 25-26, 2026, is a nationwide platform for cooperation between government administration, local governments, municipal companies, the healthcare sector, critical infrastructure enterprises, and security experts. We place particular emphasis on the practical preparation of municipalities, cities, districts, and voivodeships for the implementation of tasks resulting from the new Act on Population Protection and Civil Defense, which, as of 2025, significantly strengthens the role of local governments in the state's security system.
The Congress and Forum focus on the real challenges facing local communities.
