Career on the right track

Within the framework of Education and Career Day, TRAKO Fair exhibitors can present the most interesting job, internship, and apprenticeship offers. The main goal of these meetings is the opportunity for direct exchange of information and mutual expectations between employers and employees, also in the perspective of choosing a field of study, its specialization, or doctoral studies.

Throughout the day, participants will attend lectures and workshops dedicated to job seekers in the industry. Thanks to the international nature of the Fair, this is an opportunity to get acquainted not only with Polish projects for rail transport.

Participants can also visit the TRAKO exhibition free of charge, which perfectly illustrates the current state of the industry's development and, above all, presents the latest innovative technological solutions.

Guided tours of exhibitor stands. Discover the railway industry with experts!

How does it work?

• The issuer registers using a form for a path related to their activity.
• Visitors sign up for tracks that interest them
• Participants in the trail set off with a guide from a predefined point
• At each of the stands participating in the exhibition tour, exhibitors talk about their activities and answer visitors' questions.

For the 2025 edition, three types of thematic tracks have been prepared:

• Infrastructure
• Tabor and its system environment
• Technology

2. Railbike Team Race

Rules:

• Competitions for 4-person teams representing schools and universities
• Travel time: approximately 5 minutes (2×500 meter route)
• Registration at PIT STOP (collection of protective helmets and gloves)
• Additional points for the participation of teachers, guardians, and school principals
• Only one team can participate from the school
• Awards
• Medals for the winners
• Diplomas for all participants

3. Ecodriving Competition with PGE Railway Energy

Test your eco-driving skills on trains! The ECODriving competition challenges participants to master economical and eco-friendly control of simulated railway vehicles.

5. Railway Trade Fair

Attend our fair game during Education and Career Day and get a chance to win valuable prizes from exhibitors. Visit designated booths, complete tasks, collect confirmations, and exchange them for attractive industry gadgets.

How to participate:

• Get a playing card at the information desk.
• Visit the partner booths marked on the map
• Get appointment confirmation
• Redeem a completed entry card at the contest station.

6. Join the fun with PKP S.A. at the TRAKO Trade Fair!

Visit booth B03 and test your knowledge in a game inspired by the popular TV show Familiada! We invite you between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM!

Participants can expect:

• 1v1 duels or team competition
• Questions about PKP S.A. in a light and entertaining way
• Prizes for winners
• Lots of positive energy
